Riz and I have been working together for over two and a half years now. In that time, he went from 154kg down to 105kg. As you can see from the before and after photos, he's half the man he used to be.
I've never met someone like Riz before. Normally when I work with clients, I know there's going to be some give and take. I'll suggest an approach and then we'll work out together how much of that will work practically for that client's lifestyle. Riz is different. If I tell Riz what he needs to do, he will do it.
And that's how he's lost nearly 50kg. There's been no magic solution, he works hard in his training sessions with me twice per week, and follows the nutrition protocol to the letter.
He used to struggle with stairs and walking around London between meetings for work. Now nothing in life can stop him and he's more active with his kids than he has ever been.
