I went to see Ben when the lattes, scones, muffins and ready meals were getting the better of me. Me, with a personal trainer? Never! However Ben's style is soft and encouraging and I found our weekly sessions very motivational. The 14-day challenge I did with him was tough for the first couple of days but well worth it and it modified my eating so the following weeks were easier.
Ben's personable approach meant that he acted as a catalyst for the changes I needed to make. I found myself wanting to achieve more. Ben was flexible with both the content and timing of his sessions so he was able to accommodate my peripatetic working life and I had no excuse not to keep going.
Added to that, I was starting to look and feel much better. When I started with Ben I was 98kg+ and I am now below 80kg for the first time in years.
Having moved I had to say goodbye to Ben but wouldn't have left him otherwise. If you are thinking about working with him - don't delay!!
