Graeme's Goal was to lean down significantly, while building muscle. As you can see, from the twelve weeks we trained together we revealed Graeme's abs and packed muscle onto his arms and shoulders.
Graeme has always had fantastic stamina and endurance, also playing football to a good standard for much of his life. So adding muscle is something he found difficult.
We switched up his training significantly from what he was used to and the results speak for themselves.
