I have been working with Ben since March 2013. In the year and half since, I have put on muscle, lost fat, gained a wealth of knowledge about diet and how my body works, and (most importantly) come to enjoy regular exercise. Ben offers a comprehensive package of training, education and support, and has always made sure that I am pushing myself and making progress.
